EICR, associated schedules and coded improvements to ensure the electrical installation and all fixed wiring are maintained and in condition for safe continued use of the electrical installation. Residential requires it every 10yrs, commercial every 5yrs.
The MEIWC will itemise and confirm that all minor electrical work has been completed safely and in accordance with British Standard BS7671.
